Practically abacus was an ideal machine to use and revolutionized the way calculation was done. The problem of arithmetical calculations or keeping the record of belongings might seem a child’s play to the current generation who are used to do some complex solutions like algebra and trigonometry in their high schools but in the old times, this was the major problem concerning people.

The invention of abacus made the life easy for human beings. After the construction of portable abacus calculations could be done at any place and there was no need of sand and pebbles at any time. Now the records of livestock could be maintained with any nuisance on the part of calculations.

Abacus also helped merchants and traders and they are also the ambassadors of abacus because they introduced it to the different parts of the world from the country of its inception.
